Current jobs:

Tour guides:

Full time limited contract for 6 months or Part time (mini job)

What do we need? Enthusiastic, fun-loving individuals who share our passion for showing our customers all of the great things that Munich has to offer.

What does it take? Let’s face it, you’ll be peddling your way around Munich, so you’ll need to be physically fit (i.e. you can talk and peddle at the same time!). Naturally, you’ll love being the centre of attention and thrive on the knowledge that everyone is looking to you to lead the way on a tour around our beautiful city. No previous experience is required instead we are looking for individuals that match our original goal: to give our customers an experience of Munich they’ll never forget! And the best part – no German required.

Operations staff (Front of House colleague. Bike repair assistant. Weekend Assistant)

Full time limited contract for 6 months or Part time (mini job)

Ever wondered what it takes to keep an operation like Mike’s Bike Tours thriving and delivering exceptional customer service? The answer is a smooth and slick back of house team.

What do we need? Service-orientated, team spirited individuals who understand what it takes to be the driving force behind a company that has already served over half a million customers.

Perhaps you have a background in retail or hospitality, or maybe you have a background in repair or service – all of those bikes need to be looked after, checked and in top condition for our customers.

What does it take? Dedication and commitment to customer service. Our front of house and operations staff might not be leading tours, but they are still in contact with the most valuable part of our business – our customers. German required.

What do you offer? You must be willing to work weekends (sounds boring, but we also know where the fun can be found on your day-off during the week…) and being a native English speaker (for tours) and (some German for the Operations staff is preferable). Freelance Guides are also welcome.

What do we offer? Competitive pay. A diverse and inclusive team environment, and, because our customer’s needs are our priority, full training is provided. We can help with visas (and all the other boring paperwork) as well as years of experience of working in one of Europe’s most beautiful cities.

Oh, and did we mention the organised team events throughout the year. Contracts are typically for 6 months – full time.

What next…?

Send us a CV, ideally with a short cover note, telling us why you’d be a good fit for the team – don’t forget to indicate which vacancy you’re interested in, and let us know your earliest available start date. [email protected]
