- Bike tours / Private bike tours 100% refund if done 24 hours prior to tour date/time.
- Inside the 24 hours, no option for a refund however we can reschedule for free if possible.
- Walking Tours – 100% refund if done 24 hours prior to tour date/time.
- Inside the 24 hours, no option for a refund however we can reschedule for free if possible.
- Bike Rentals – 100% refund if done 24 hours prior to tour date/time.
- Inside the 24 hours, no option for a refund however we can reschedule for free if possible.
- Private Car Tours & Private Chartered Bus tours
Should the tour be cancelled the following fees are applicable:
- 100% refund: less transaction/bank fees incurred with international refunds, up to and inc. 7 days prior to tour.
- 50% refund: 6 – 1 days prior to tour date – free to reschedule.
- 0% refund within 24 Hours prior to tour time/date – free to reschedule if at all possible – by MBT.
*All tours run regardless of weather (unless said weather is extreme in which case MBT reserve the right to cancel the tour and either reschedule or refund the entire tour amount), so please dress weather appropriate.
