Our Neuschwanstein castle tours by luxury coach depart from our shop, Discover Bavaria, which is a 4 minute walk from Marienplatz and directly around the corner from the REAR ENTRANCE to the Hofbräuhaus, according to the Neuschwanstein Castle Tours schedule, right.

Arrival back in Munich, near Marienplatz or Main Train Station: Approx. 7:45 pm

Reservations are highly recommended. For inquiries when in Munich without a prior reservation, please call us or come by our shop, preferably prior to the day of your desired tour. Our Neuschwanstein castle tours are usually fully booked by the end of the day previous to any tour and often sooner, however, last minute availability is often possible, yet is always very limited!Hohenschwangau-Castle-ToursHohenschwangau castle, where Ludwig II grew up, 1 km from Neuschwanstein.

Our bike tour, hike through the gorge and other activities are naturally optional. For our guests NOT interested in the bike ride and other activities offered we suggest taking the tour of Hohenschwangau castle, which is at the same location and highly recommendable. 

In such cases the value of coming on our Neuschwanstein castle tour is offered primarily in the form of transportation by luxury coach and the organization of castle tour tickets  (which cost an extra €8 for the Neuschwanstein castle tour and €15 for both Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau). Such guests "just coming along for the ride" that choose to not take part in the tour for the entire day as we have always offered it with our guide, Brad, would be on their own for the day and pay therefore only €39 instead of the full price of €49. We do however organize the castle tour tickets so there is in any case no waiting on any lines whatsoever.

Castle Tours By Luxury Coach

Duration: 9.5 - 10.5 Hours

Cost Incl. bike tour: €49, Backpackers, staying in a hostel, €39, (bring a receipt or a coupon from your hostel), kids from 5-15, €25. Kids under 5, FREE, Bike rental naturally included for everyone.   • May 14th- May 30th: Mon., Wed., Fri. & Sat. at 8:45 am
  • June 2nd - August 6th: Tours dailly except Wed. & Sun. at 8:45 am
  • Late Season: August 8th: - Sept 20th: Mon.,Thurs., & Sat. at 8:45 am
  • OKTOBERFEST!: Sept 21th - Oct 8th: Daily except Sundays and Wednesdays at 9:45 am
    NOTE!: No tour on Saturday Sept. 22nd or Sun. Oct. 7th     AND these tours DO NOT include a bike tour!) Return to Munich approx. 7:30 pm, drop-off near Oktoberfest grounds offered.
