Regarding change of date and refunds for private Munich sightseeing tours:

If you do not wish to come at the reserved date or time, please call us or come by our shop when you are in Munich to let us know. We are flexible and will confirm for you a new reservation for another Munich sightseeing tour date and / or time of your choice at no charge.

We will refund %80 of your deposit if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time.

We do not refund deposits for Munich sightseeing tours if a reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance unless the cancellation is less than 1 hour prior to the scheduled tour and due to significantly inclement weather, in which case we refund %80 of a deposit.

Rescheduling is almost always possible, again, without any fee.
