Reservations for our Neuschwanstein Castle Tours
Thank you for your interest in our day trip to Neuschwanstein castle!
We have an "old school", personal reservation system for our Neuschwanstein castle tours. If you have questions, please refer to the information on the tours again first as well as our FAQs HERE, before sending us an email. Please also check the tour schedule as our tours DO NOT RUN DAILY!

Please Title the email as follows: Day Trip Reservation + # of Persons + Date. Please include the date and number of persons again in the text.
You should receive a response from us within a day or two. If you should however not receive a response within a week of you planned tour date please call us at +49 89 255 43 987 or -988 (see dialing instructions at the bottom of this page), as from time to time a mail may not have arrived due to a spam filter or some other reason.
Advance Payment for our Neuschwanstein Castle Tours:
We cannot hold seats on our bus unless you “lock in” your reservation with your payment via PayPal or Visa or Master Card at least 3 days prior to the tour date. For your credit card authoriziation you can either include it in your email (not highly recommended) or call us at: +49 89 255 43 987 or simply send a fax to: +49 89 255 43 989. If you are not familiar with Pay Pal, check it out at www.paypal.com. It is SUPER user-friendly and very secure.

- Please note the payment with your name, number of persons and your scheduled tour date.
- For payment for tours listed to cost €49 . For payments of €39 For children btw. 5 and 12, the tour price is €25. Kids under 5 are FREE.
- Please do not forget to bring your confirmation / email from us on the day of the tour!

You must include the date of the tour, number of people coming, amount we should charge and your card number and the card's expiration date.

If you should choose to not secure your reservation then we suggest you come by our shop, Discover Bavaria the day or evening before the tour. We are open until 8:00 p.m. For a map of our location click on the link at the bottom of any page at this site. If you choose to not pay in advance and cannot come by our shop on the day prior to the tour date, please DO CALL US to confirm your reservation by no later than 8:00 p.m. on the evening prior to the tour date - at the following Munich number: 255 43 987 or - 988.

If you have made a reservation and later know that you are NOT going to come on our Neuschwanstein castle tour for whatever reason, we would naturally appreciate your call or email informing us to cancel your reservation!
