Bike Tour Reservations / Payments

Our Reservation and Refund Policy for our Bike Tours of Munich

It is not necessary to make a reservation for our Munich Sightseeing Tours, however we do recommend you make reservations in order to guarantee you will be able to join us on the day and time of your choice. Our reservation policy is simple and fair.

To make a reservation for any of our Munich sightseeing tours simply email us and please mention the Date, Tour and Number of Persons in the title. We require a €10  per person down payment via Paypal for our Standard Tour and €20  per person for our Superior Standard and Deluxe Bike Tours.

If you do not have a Paypal account you can either set one up in less than 5 minutes or request another form of payment (below).

You must print out your Paypal receipt and bring it with you on the day of the tour as it will be your voucher for a free bottle of water and a €5 (or €10) credit off the price of the tour. Any “rest” helps us pay the exchange and Paypal transaction costs.

Regarding change of date and refunds.

If you choose to not come at the reserved date or time, please call us or come by our shop when you are in Munich to let us know. We are flexible and will confirm for you a new reservation for another date and / or time of your choice at no charge.

We will refund %80 of your deposit if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time.

We do not refund deposits if a reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance unless the cancellation is less than 1 hour prior to the scheduled tour and due to significantly inclement weather, in which case we refund %80 of a deposit. Rescheduling at any time is possible, again, without any fee.
