Reservations and Advance Bookings
Thank you for your interest in our day trip to Neuschwanstein castle!
Our online booking page should be operational sometime soon.
In the meantime, please read the following below, and if you have questions please read our Answers to FAQS as well - before you send us your reservation request or inquiry.
If you want to make a reservation you can do so via Email:
Please Titel the email as follows:
Day Trip Reservation + # of Persons + Date. Please include the date and number of persons AGAIN in the text.
Regarding our Response: Correspondence per Email
You will most likely receive a response from us very quickly (immediately to a few days), but if you do not (immediately, within a few days, or even a week or so), please don´t worry, as we (I) do sometimes fall a bit behind on email!
You will in any case eventually receive a response from either Mike Lasher from mikeinmunich (at) aol.com or Shannon Campbell from mikesbiketours (at) gmail.com, but for future communication with us please continue to use our mikeinmunich@aol.com address, as we only use the Gmail address internally and to SEND, but generally not to receive emails.

Advance Payment for our Day Trips
If you choose to “lock in” your reservation we will gladly accept your payment via PayPal, Visa or Master Card. For your credit card authoriziation we prefer a fax and our fax number is +49 89 255 43 989. If a fax is not possible for you, an email will also suffice, but a fax is more secure.
For Credit Card Payments in Euros:
You must include your card number, expiration date and the ammount we should charge:
Peak Season Tours (with 10% Discount): 44 Euros for each adult coming. Kids under the age of 14 are only 23 Euros. If you intend to not join us on the bike tour, the price 39 Euros and not discounted further for pre-payment. The price for kids in this case is 19 Euros.
Non-Peak Season Tours (without 10% Discount): 29 or 39 Euros for each adult, (please check the date and price here) For children under 14 coming along the price is always 16 Euros.
Please don´t forget to bring your confirmation/email from us on the day of the tour.
For PayPal Payments in US Dollars:
Our account name is mikeinmunich (at) aol.com. If you are not familiar with PayPal, check it out at www.paypal.com. It is SUPER user-friendly and very secure.
Peak Season Tours: Send $73 per adult coming - (44 Euros x 1.58 = $65 + $3.50 to cover half of the Pay Pal service charges). Again, kids under 14 are half price so: $36 per child under 14. If you are not coming on the bike tour the prices are: Adult, $65 and kids, $32.
For Non-Peak Seaon Tours: Send either $48 or $65 for each adult coming, depending again on whether or not we are offering the bike ride or not. Kids for tours on non-peak seaons dates are charged at $27 for each child under 14.
Please do not forget to bring your confirmation on the day of the tour, as it is your ticket!
Confirmation & Cancellation
If you should choose to not secure your reservation then we suggest you come by our shop, Discover Bavaria the day or evening before the tour. We are open until 8:00 p.m. For a map of our location go to our Munich Maps page.
If you choose to not pay in advance and cannot come by our shop on the day prior to the tour date, please call to confirm your reservation by no later than 8:00 p.m. on the evening prior to the tour date -

If you have made a reservation and later know that you are NOT going to come on the excursion for whatever reason, we would naturally appreciate your call or email to cancel your reservation!
